About the Project
This project supports the day-to-day operation and improvement of digital channels for an international healthcare organization. As Web & CMS Operations Project Manager, you will manage website content and updates, coordinate publishing and approvals, and help ensure that changes are accurate, accessible, and delivered on schedule. You will work across client, agency, developer, and external partner teams, bringing structure to requests from initial brief through delivery.
The project is commissioned by a marketing and advertising services company that helps organizations deliver digital communications and manage online channels. The work offers broad exposure to international collaboration and the digital operations of a healthcare client, including the coordination of content and review workflows in a regulated environment. It is an opportunity to apply hands-on CMS expertise while developing experience in project coordination, quality assurance, and cross-functional digital delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage website and CMS updates, primarily in Drupal, including pages, content, digital assets, links, and metadata.
- Coordinate publishing, releases, and website changes, ensuring updates are reviewed and delivered as planned.
- Perform quality checks and identify website or CMS issues; coordinate with developers and technical partners to support resolution.
- Support SEO, accessibility, and digital analytics activities across the website.
- Manage client requests from brief through delivery by clarifying requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals using Ziflow, and organize tasks and project activity in Asana.
- Work across client, agency, and external teams to track progress, issues, and deliverables, keeping multiple requests moving independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, particularly with regulated content or approval workflows.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Hotjar, or other digital reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint in a client or project environment.
- Exposure to platforms such as BeePro, Pitcher, Kaltura, or eCORE.
- Experience coordinating digital work across international client, agency, and external partner teams.
- A continuing interest in developments in web operations, digital accessibility, and analytics.
