As a Backend Engineer working across full-stack development, you’ll lead the creation of demonstration systems, tools, and proofs of concept that address client needs and explore emerging technologies. You’ll assess business requirements and technology trends, shape development concepts and roadmaps, and guide solutions from planning through implementation.
Your responsibilities will include building and improving digital tools, integrating equipment and control systems, and enhancing analytical and intellectual property tools. You’ll also serve as a project manager or PMO across multiple development initiatives, coordinating budgets, timelines, and resources. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you’ll balance user experience, business value, and technical feasibility to deliver practical, innovative outcomes.
