Our client - a well establish manufacturing company is looking for a Senior FP&A. This role will be located in HCMC
Lead monthly financial performance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, including variance analysis vs. Budget, Forecast and prior year.
Drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning, providing actionable insights to management.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support investment, CAPEX and strategic decisions.
Act as a strong Finance Business Partner to Operations, Commercial, R&D and Supply Chain.
Provide financial analysis on manufacturing costs, profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure financial reporting and analysis are aligned with IFRS, Group policies and internal controls.
Drive process improvement and automation through Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related fields.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling or Audit.
Big 4 Audit / Advisory background is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
Strong hands-on experience in FP&A within a Manufacturing environment.
Solid financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and CAPEX/investment analysis skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing / supply chain finance.
Strong business partnering, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English; Power BI / ERP experience is a plus.
