A robotics business developing cloud-based platforms and autonomous solutions for the logistics industry, the organisation helps automate demanding, dirty and dangerous work so people can focus on safer, more meaningful tasks. Its work brings together robotics, software and real-world operational environments to address complex challenges in warehousing and supply chains.
The culture is collaborative and focused on turning customer and operational needs into practical solutions. Teams work across product, engineering, robotics and operations, combining technical insight with a clear understanding of the people who use and depend on these systems. For someone interested in shaping the future of automated logistics, this is an opportunity to contribute to products with tangible impact on how work is done.
As Product Manager for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), you will lead the lifecycle of ASRS products and the wider ASRS-centred solution. Based on site in Tokyo, you will work with customers and deployment teams to understand workflows, operational challenges and success measures, using observation and structured interviews to identify both stated and emerging needs.
You will translate these insights, alongside market, regulatory and technical requirements, into clear product specifications and a prioritised development backlog. Working with senior product managers, business owners, engineering, robotics, operations and external partners, you will shape roadmaps that support customer value and business objectives. You will also contribute to planning, demonstrations and post-release reviews, assess how well features perform in practice, and identify improvements. Your research into regional requirements and standards will help inform solutions designed for use across international markets.
