This Corporate Planning role sits close to executive decision-making and supports the business through high-quality analysis, planning and reporting. You will prepare financial data and management information for senior leadership and, where relevant, external stakeholders, helping to shape strategic decisions across the organisation.
The role also involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. In addition, you will help organise complex strategic topics across capital, regulation, accounting and actuarial matters, with a particular focus on life insurance-related planning, reporting and business analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination will be essential, including liaison with internal teams and external counterparts such as regulators and partners.
5+ years’ experience in a life insurance company in Corporate Planning, Finance or Business Analysis
Experience preparing financial data and reports for executive management or external stakeholders
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to support executive decision-making
