日本のエリアマネージャーとして、各店舗の店長と連携しながら、複数店舗を統括し、成長を支援します。財務目標の達成に責任を持ち、業績を定期的に確認するとともに、主要業績指標を活用して優先事項を定め、成果の向上を図ります。商業戦略を効果的な地域の販売活動に落とし込む一方、店舗が会社の基準、業務手順、方針を遵守していることを確保します。
店長とそのチームを指導し、意欲を引き出し、明確な意思決定を促すとともに、将来の店舗リーダーの採用と育成を支援します。フィードバック、能力開発、一貫したコミュニケーションを通じて、インクルーシブな文化を築くことが重要な役割となります。各支援部門の同僚と緊密に連携し、課題の解決や新たな取り組みを支援しながら、円滑で安全かつコスト効率の高い店舗運営を維持します。セールスマネージャーに報告します。
