About the Role:
Our client, a well-established life insurance institution, is hiring Officer / Senior Officer or Assistant Manager / Manager for Product Marketing in Hong Kong. The role centres on creating and managing product leaflets, collaterals, and other marketing materials that support product launch and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, refine, and maintain product leaflets, brochures, and sales / marketing collaterals.
Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, and Distribution to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and commercially useful.
Produce and refresh marketing collaterals in line with new product launches and existing product updates.
Review competitor materials and market trends to strengthen product positioning and collateral quality.
Capture feedback from customers and distribution channels and apply it to improve marketing content.
Manage timelines with internal teams and external design / production vendors from briefing through final delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Officer / Senior Officer: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager / Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Background in insurance product marketing or marketing collateral production is preferred.
Strong written skills and high attention to detail when reviewing customer-facing content.
Competent in MS Office; vendor management experience is an advantage.
Organised, able to handle multiple projects, and comfortable working with different stakeholders.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
