The M&A Analyst will support the evaluation and execution of strategic investments, acquisitions, and other corporate development initiatives across the company’s real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle businesses. The role will involve analyzing potential opportunities, preparing financial models and valuation materials, conducting market and industry research, and supporting due diligence processes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors, the analyst will help assess investment rationale, business performance, risks, and potential synergies. Responsibilities will also include preparing presentations and investment memoranda, coordinating transaction workstreams, monitoring deal progress, and contributing to post-transaction analysis. This role offers broad exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to help shape the company’s growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
Experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, real estate finance, or a comparable analytical environment.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements, operating metrics, market data, and investment opportunities.
Experience preparing transaction materials, board presentations, investment memoranda, or comparable business documents.
Strong research and due diligence capabilities, with careful attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis concisely.
High level of integrity, initiative, discretion, and commercial judgment.
