Evaluate subcontractor and supplier claims, variations and payment recommendations
Drive final account settlement and recovery of all contractual entitlements
Maintain commercial risk registers and mitigation plans

Fluent Arabic and English (essential)
Experience in Kuwait, KSA or the wider GCC construction market is strongly preferred
Professional credentials such as MRICS, MCIArb/FCIArb or a FIDIC certification are an advantage
Why this role
Lead the whole commercial function, not a single project
Build the processes, team and reporting from a senior seat
Direct exposure to executive leadership and a strong project pipeline
Stability and reputation of a well-established regional contractor
