As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and organizational knowledge, then translate those insights into practical AI solutions. You will take ownership across the full lifecycle, from requirements definition and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role involving software development, customer engagement, and technical delivery. You will build AI applications using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, RAG, and AI agents; contribute across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure layers; and deploy solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
You will conduct user interviews, analyze logs, negotiate requirements, address operational issues and data drift, and collaborate closely with customers and internal engineering teams.
