As Membership Ambassador, you will represent the membership programme on-site at a partner hotel in Tokyo, helping to increase awareness, enrol new members and provide ongoing support. You will work closely with the hotel’s Food and Beverage team while reporting to the loyalty management company’s senior management team.
Your responsibilities will include introducing the membership programme to hotel guests, guiding prospective members through onboarding and ensuring that members and their guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience. You will also support member recognition, encourage participation in hotel events and promotions, and assist with planning, hosting and delivering member events.
You will attend relevant hotel meetings, collaborate with department heads on member communications and provide regular reporting on activity, feedback, key performance indicators and opportunities to improve the membership application and overall service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Japanese, with the confidence to engage professionally with hotel guests, members and colleagues.
Availability to work on-site at a partner hotel in Tokyo.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, from 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service or another service-led environment is preferred.
Basic spoken English communication skills would be advantageous.
