As part of its continuous digital transformation and business growth, the company is seeking an IT Officer to support local IT operations while collaborating closely with Regional and Global IT teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role serves as the primary local IT representative, responsible for supporting business applications, end-user services, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. It offers valuable exposure to multinational IT operations, enterprise technologies, and cross-functional collaboration within an international working environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide first and second-level IT support for office-based and remote users, resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Coordinate issue resolution with Regional IT, Group IT and software vendors
• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, access rights, and endpoint management in accordance with corporate IT policies.
• Support business-critical applications by managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with Regional IT teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of local IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, communication systems, and meeting room technologies.
• Assist in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment of new IT solutions and digital initiatives.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including procurement, deployment, inventory management, maintenance, and disposal.
• Support IT security, governance, compliance activities, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors on IT procurement, maintenance services, and software license renewals.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, user guides, asset records, and operational reports.
• Support local IT planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and global IT strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience in IT Support, System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Business Application Support.
• Knowledge of networking, Windows environment, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience supporting CRM or other enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
