HRBP – Retail & Tech (China & Europe)

1. Job Overview
Serving as the dedicated HRBP for the Marketing Business Unit , you will embed in the front-line business. This role requires a hybrid work model with 50% based in Shanghai and 50% business travel in London/Europe, with the opportunity for long-term overseas base in the future. You will independently oversee full-cycle HR functions including organization management, talent recruitment & staffing, performance & incentive management, talent development and employee relations, providing solid organizational and human resource support for the sustainable growth of marketing business.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business & Organization Support: Deeply understand marketing business models and team status. Partner with business leaders to optimize organizational structure, staffing plan and team allocation, identify and resolve operational and management pain points from an HR perspective, and drive the delivery of business targets.
Talent Recruitment & Staffing: Own end-to-end recruitment for all marketing positions. Complete talent replenishment according to business milestones, strictly control recruitment quality and job matching, efficiently meet manpower demands, and build a stable and high-performance marketing talent pipeline.
Performance & Incentive Management: Implement full-cycle performance management for marketing teams. Optimize assessment rules tailored to marketing and sales roles, drive performance review and improvement, and implement team & project incentive mechanisms to boost team motivation and overall productivity.
Talent Development & Retention: Manage new employee onboarding, probation tracking and in-job empowerment. Conduct regular talent reviews, identify core talents and high-potential employees, and promote continuous iteration and upgrading of the marketing talent echelon.
Employee Relations & Team Culture: Responsible for daily employee communication, emotion counseling and conflict mediation. Standardize core HR procedures including employee entry, transfer and resignation. Build a positive team atmosphere and effectively control team turnover rate.
Data Analysis & Policy Implementation: Deliver regular HR data analysis and business reviews to identify organizational risks and optimization opportunities. Implement company HR policies with flexible adaptation to marketing business characteristics, and continuously improve HR operation efficiency.
3. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 6-8 years of solid HRBP working experience. Prior experience in Retail, Luxury, FMCG companies is highly preferred.
Proficient in full-spectrum HR practices with in-depth understanding of marketing and sales job attributes. Possess sharp business acumen and the ability to deliver customized HR solutions aligned with business rhythm.
Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination and employee relations management capabilities. High resilience and execution to adapt to the fast-paced marketing business environment.
Solid data analysis and logical thinking ability, rigorous working attitude, with strong professionalism and confidentiality awareness; willing to take frequent Europe business trips and accept long-term overseas residency arrangement.
