An education group with a presence across Asia, Europe, and the Americas is looking to strengthen its Vietnam operations
Hiring a Director of Operations to lead academic strategy, quality and compliance, talent development, and operations across all campuses — aligning educational quality, curriculum, people capability, and operational performance with long-term growth goals, while partnering closely with the Board of Directors to drive sustainable growth of the school network.
Set strategic direction and standards to ensure consistent operational quality across all campuses.
Evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets for effective resource allocation and cost optimization.
Shape educational strategy, curriculum standards, and learning outcomes aligned with MOET and international frameworks.
Build a quality assurance and compliance governance framework; monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
Coach and develop school leaders and educators; drive leadership development and succession planning.
Align cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic plans for expansion, innovation, and transformation.
Serve as strategic advisor to the Board on education, quality, and operations.
10+ years of experience in education, with 5+ years in a director-level or senior leadership role
Proven track record leading multi-campus operations or regional education functions
Strong track record driving educational excellence and organizational transformation
Experience developing senior leaders and cross-functional teams; background in international or large-scale education systems is a plus
