As part of the digital engineering team, you will contribute to ambitious automotive initiatives at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI and Software-Defined Vehicles, while building a strong platform for long-term career growth.
As Automotive GenAI Technical Project Manager, you will lead the introduction of Generative AI and Agentic AI into the software development lifecycle for a leading automotive manufacturer. You will guide initiatives from business planning and architecture through implementation, integration and operational adoption.
Working with business stakeholders, engineering teams and senior client representatives, you will translate requirements into practical AI strategies and scalable technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AI, machine learning and large language model solutions; shaping RAG, GRAG and CRAG architectures; overseeing data preparation and model optimisation; and integrating AI-generated outputs into enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
You will also prepare technical proposals and presentations, support roadmap development, and ensure solutions progress beyond proof of concept into reliable production environments. The role is permanent, based in Tokyo, with a hybrid working arrangement.
