about 4 hoursThe FP&A Manager will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial process management, and risk control. The role will work closely with the business to analyze operational and financial performance, provide actionable financial insights and decision support to management, and drive cost optimization and business profitability.
Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager)
Review and optimize financial processes, including P2P, O2C, contract approval, SOPs, and other standardized finance processes.
Improve financial process efficiency, controls, and compliance.
Analyze channel costs, commissions, rebates, and marketing expenses.
Evaluate business profitability, ROI, and overall financial performance.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to management.
Lead the annual budgeting process.
Manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts.
Monitor and track budget execution and financial performance.
Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis.
Identify key business and financial issues.
Provide recommendations and drive improvement initiatives.
Establish and strengthen financial risk management and internal control frameworks.
Identify financial risks and potential control gaps.
Drive timely resolution and mitigation of identified risks.
Work closely with Business, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
Provide financial insights and support business growth.
Partner with stakeholders to support management decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
3–5 years of finance/accounting experience.
Prior experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
Proven experience independently managing internal and external audits and financial reporting.
Strong capabilities in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Strong finance business partnering skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Hands-on experience with US GAAP (U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Experience in FinTech sectors such as:
Payment processing
Merchant acquiring
Digital wallets
Proven experience in financial management and team leadership within:
FinTech
Internet payments
SaaS
High-growth technology companies
