🏢 About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered recruitment platform that automates the end-to-end hiring workflow, from candidate sourcing and outreach to AI-driven interviews, pipeline automation, and ATS synchronisation. The platform operates at production scale, running real-time, event-driven pipelines across multiple systems and complex third-party integrations.
💡 The Opportunity
We're moving to disrupt the industry with leading-edge technology combined with human-in-the-loop judgment. Recruiters and clients will increasingly do hiring work by directing agents in natural language: search, source, shortlist and, over time, more of the workflow. AI plus human evaluation, matching, and ranking will continue to transform the industry. Reporting to the CEO you will own the requirements for that development and implementation.
🔧 What You'll Do
■ Requirements. Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria the team can align on.
■ Backlog ownership. Own and prioritize the team backlog by customer value, business impact and technical feasibility. Communicate what will be delivered and why. Engineering decides the design and how the work is built.
■ AI-native interface. Own the pivot to an AI-native interface: recruiters and clients do hiring work by steering agents in natural language (search, source, shortlist, and later more of the workflow) instead of only clicking through screens. The agent uses the same tenant-scoped capabilities as today’s UI; people confirm writes. Turn that shift into requirements: what the agent may do, what stays in the UI, and what must remain a human decision.
■ Cross-team delivery. Work with engineers, design, other Product Owners and subject-matter experts to clarify requirements, manage dependencies and plan delivery. Stay available to clarify the outcome and bring stakeholder feedback while work is in flight.
■ Disciplined prioritization. Say no when work does not earn its place, including to shareholders. Explain priorities and blockers so people can decide with the same facts.
■ Voice of the customer. Ask for continuous feedback from customers, support and account management, and turn it into roadmap priorities.
■ Delivery risk. Monitor progress, communicate risks and challenges through the product lifecycle, and surface them so the team can decide.
■ Product performance. Monitor product performance with data and customer insight, including whether sourcing, interviews and shortlist quality are improving inside Keystone’s compliance limits.
✅ What You Bring
■ 5–12 years in product ownership, product management or technical program delivery.
■ A proven track record in AI native software development or engineering, enough to work with developers and judge trade-offs.
■ Understanding of APIs, services and distributed systems in a product split across web, API and AI capabilities.
■ Understanding of SQL data stores and data-driven applications.
■ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools.
■ Demonstrated competence-building product in recruitment technology, HR technology or other comparable AI-native B2B and B2C platforms.
