The Product Planner works under the Planning Manager to develop annual and program-level sales plans, new product launch/on-air plans, and inventory strategies that maximize productivity and support category budget goals. This role plays a key part in translating market insight into practical sales execution.
You will be responsible for on-air planning by brand and product, managing program scripts and PAL, and driving sales and productivity outcomes. The role also includes forecasting by program and time slot, managing inventory levels, reorder and RTV actions, analyzing program performance, and proposing TSV/TP initiatives based on historical data and numerical analysis. You will partner closely with buyers, broadcasting teams, EC teams, and vendors to shape programming, promotions, and execution.
3+ years’ experience in retail merchandising, distribution, sales, or sales planning; or B2C CRM, sales data analysis, or demand forecasting
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong logical thinking and numerical analysis skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams
