Our client is looking for Strategy Manager based in their office in Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities
Drive the company's strategic planning process by identifying growth opportunities, market trends, competitive insights, and potential business risks.
Conduct financial analysis, business modeling, and forecasting to support strategic initiatives and key management decisions.
Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and performance frameworks aligned with corporate objectives.
Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational and commercial effectiveness.
Establish and track strategic KPIs while delivering regular reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across business functions.
Partner closely with leadership teams to facilitate strategic planning, business reviews, and organizational initiatives.
Support the evaluation of strategic partnerships, commercial opportunities, contract negotiations, and potential M&A activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical capabilities with solid financial modeling and business planning experience.
Proven ability to transform complex data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
