Trainer Specialist - APAC

Join a fast-growing SaaS company expanding its Stakeholder and Land Management Software footprint across Asia-Pacific. This is a chance to build and shape a regional training and enablement function from the ground up.

About the Role

You'll be the face of product training and enablement across APAC, delivering live and virtual sessions, creating self-serve learning content, and working cross-functionally to keep training in step with every product release.

What You'll Do

• Lead live, virtual, and in-person onboarding and product training for customers, partners, and resellers across APAC markets

• Create and maintain learning resources: user guides, videos, e-learning modules, and quick-reference guides

• Localize and adapt training content for different cultures, regions, and languages across APAC

• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to build training plans ahead of new feature launches

• Track training effectiveness and use feedback to continuously improve programs

• Develop train-the-trainer programs to certify partners and resellers

What You Bring

• 3+ years in training, enablement, customer education, or instructional design, ideally in SaaS or tech

• Experience designing and delivering both live/virtual training and self-paced e-learning

• Strong facilitation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences

• Comfortable working across APAC time zones and cultures

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or Loom

Nice to Have

• Additional language proficiency relevant to APAC markets

• Experience training on technical or workflow-based SaaS products

• Familiarity with land management, stakeholder engagement, right-of-way, or utility software

Details

• Location: Remote, APAC region (Australia preferred, New Zealand also considered)

• Engagement: Independent contractor, base fee AUD $91,000 (exclusive of superannuation)

• Travel: Minimal, primarily virtual delivery
