Client is a technology organisation established in 2021 to build and run mobility services from the technical side, including a global mobility brand developed by a major automotive group. This role sits at the centre of the company’s generative AI adoption, helping to identify where AI can create business value and then turning those ideas into practical outcomes. You will work across departments to consult on improvement opportunities, support proof-of-concepts, and contribute to system design and implementation involving generative AI.
You will also help shape how the organisation uses this technology through employee training, SaaS selection and rollout, and the creation of internal usage guidelines. In addition, the role includes external communication such as conference speaking, seminar delivery and technical blog writing. The focus is not only on researching and proposing solutions, but also on accompanying business teams through delivery and helping the organisation become a true problem-solving partner.
Strong understanding of generative AI and prompt engineering
Python development experience (3+ years)
Coding experience with OSS tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
Experience in business improvement and small-to-medium-scale system implementation
Collaborative, self-starting, and comfortable working in uncertainty
