As Brand Manager, you will own and develop multiple brands within the company’s portfolio, helping shape strategy and ensure effective execution across the market. You will be responsible for translating brand and portfolio goals into practical marketing plans, managing supplier relationships, and supporting budget planning and control.
A major part of the role will involve sales enablement, team education, and market activation across on-premise and off-premise channels. You will also monitor performance, analyze depletion, pricing, and distribution data, and use market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide decisions. The role requires regular local market visits, with occasional evenings and weekends for activations and events. This is a hands-on position for someone who can balance strategy, stakeholder management, and execution across several brands at once.
3+ years in brand management, trade marketing, or portfolio management in spirits or beverage alcohol
Strong analytical skills with depletion, pricing, and distribution data
Experience managing multiple brands, priorities, and brand owner relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills
