As a member of the store team, you will help create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers while supporting the smooth running of the store. The vacancy covers store staff roles at different levels, with responsibilities shaped by the position and the needs of the team.
In a customer-facing capacity, you will assist customers, share relevant product information and help maintain an inviting store environment. Depending on the role, you may also support daily operations, coordinate with colleagues and contribute to the achievement of store objectives. Across all positions, you will represent the business professionally and work collaboratively to uphold a high standard of service. The role is based in Tokyo and is offered on a permanent basis.
