We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, particularly those from Russian-speaking and CIS markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, growing deposit balances, promoting banking products, and serving as a trusted advisor to corporate customers in the UAE.
This role is ideal for candidates who already possess a strong network of UAE-based corporate clients and have experience serving international businesses, trading companies, family offices, investment firms, or multinational corporations operating in the region.
2–8 years of experience in:
Corporate Banking
Relationship Management
Business Development
Transaction Banking
Trade Finance
Existing portfolio of UAE-based corporate clients is mandatory.
Proven ability to generate deposits and acquire new corporate relationships.
Fluent English is required.
Russian language proficiency is highly preferred.
Additional languages such as Uzbek or other CIS languages are advantageous.
