Our client is a leading provider of enterprise SaaS solutions for critical network infrastructure, serving utilities, energy, and telecom operators across North America.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for their damage prevention product suite. This role requires deep domain expertise in 811/One Call operations and the ability to translate complex workflows, regulations, and customer pain points into compelling narratives that drive adoption, pipeline, and customer value across utilities, operators, and contractors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own product positioning and messaging, including personas, use cases, and buyer journeys
Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and enhancements
Build sales enablement materials: pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, case studies, and ROI frameworks
Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather insight and support adoption and retention
Drive content and thought leadership through webinars, case studies, and industry events
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience in marketing or industry-facing roles supporting utilities, operators, or critical infrastructure organizations
Strong domain expertise in 811/One Call operations
Working knowledge of CGA best practices, PHMSA regulations, and state-level 811 requirements
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%
NICE TO HAVE
Experience marketing software for damage prevention, asset integrity, infrastructure risk, or compliance in a B2B SaaS environment
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and modern B2B marketing systems (e.g., HubSpot)
