As a Rolling Store Staff member, you will support retail operations across multiple outlet locations, helping deliver consistent service and uphold the brand’s standards. Depending on experience and assignment, the position may be suited to a Sales Associate or Assistant Store Manager profile.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming and advising customers, presenting merchandise, supporting sales activities, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to smooth day-to-day store performance. Assistant Store Manager assignments may also involve supporting team coordination and store leadership.
This is a permanent, onsite position based in Japan, with assignments across designated outlet locations.
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment.
Genuine interest in fashion, apparel, accessories, and premium customer experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
