As an IT Helpdesk Assistant, you will join the Cybersecurity and IT team and act as the first point of contact for internal users. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across computers and mobile devices, providing timely, professional support and clear communication throughout.
Your responsibilities will include supporting business hardware and software, responding to service requests, and providing assistance through remote-control tools. You will also help administer Microsoft 365 and related platforms, including user accounts through Entra, SharePoint and Teams.
In addition, you will support IT asset management, including the provisioning of laptops through Autopilot, and the management of PCs, mobile devices, software and services using Microsoft Intune. The role suits a proactive and dependable professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
At least two years’ experience working in an organisational IT department or similar IT support environment.
Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Office, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11, with a sound foundational understanding of these platforms.
Basic knowledge and experience of administering macOS and iOS devices.
Experience providing technical support using remote-control tools.
Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to internal users.
Business-level Japanese communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently while working effectively as part of a team.
A proactive, self-motivated and resilient approach, with strong ownership and follow-through.
