About the Role:
Our client, a well-established life insurance institution, is expanding its Product Development team and looking for high-calibre talents Senior Officer / Assistant Manager level in Hong Kong.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic product team to drive the development and enhancement of life insurance products, supporting the company’s business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new life insurance and protection products
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment to design competitive and profitable products
Collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting, compliance, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product viability and smooth launch
Prepare product materials, including product specifications, policy documents, marketing collaterals, and regulatory submissions
Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure product compliance with Insurance Authority requirements
Support product review, enhancement, and post-launch performance analysis
Provide product training and technical support to internal stakeholders and distribution channels

Qualifications & Experienc
Degree holder in Insurance, Actuarial, Business, Finance or related discipline
Solid experience in life insurance product development, pricing, or related area
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experienc
Good knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market practices in Hong Kon
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skill
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
