Job Overview
Seeking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling strategy on mega-scale programs. Based in Riyadh with regular site travel.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning project planning and scheduling strategy across large-scale infrastructure projects
Leading interface management across multiple contract packages and work fronts to keep schedules aligned across disciplines and subcontractors.
Managing and mentoring a team of schedulers/planning engineers.
Identifying schedule risk early and driving recovery planning where needed.
Reporting progress, risk, and forecasts to senior project and business leadership.
Coordinating with commercial, construction, and design teams to ensure the schedule reflects real project constraints.
Key Requirements
Direct contractor (EPC/main contractor) background
Proven experience planning projects valued between $500M and $2B.
Strong infrastructure background — roads, highways, utilities, and/or pipelines.
Demonstrated experience managing interfaces across multiple contractors or work packages on large, complex programs.
Team leadership experience
10–15 years' relevant experience, including recent time at Planning Manager level.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred).
Solid understanding of EPC/contractor-side project controls and delivery processes.
