FAÇADE & WINDOWS/DOORS PROJECT MANAGER

All positions are locally hired, with locations in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery for façade and windows & doors projects, including:

• Design development and coordination

• Factory production and fabrication

• Site installation

• Testing and inspection

• Project handover

Responsible for overall project schedule, cost, quality, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and contract execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of façade industry experience, including at least 3 years working on high-rise buildings or large-scale public buildings

• Proven UAE / GCC project experience

• Practical experience with DMT approvals and permitting, as well as projects involving Estidama Pearl Rating

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Unitised Curtain Wall systems

  • Aluminium Windows & Doors

  • ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) systems

• Familiarity with relevant standards, including ASTM / EN / BS / CWCT

• Fluent in English, with the ability to lead project meetings with consultants and clients

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory

• PMP certification is preferred
