As a Technology Executive, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the company’s technology organization. Depending on your experience, the role may encompass responsibilities associated with a CTO, VP of Engineering, or VP of Technology.
You will develop medium- and long-term technology roadmaps, guide product development priorities, and make informed decisions about technology investments. You will also build and scale the engineering organization, including recruitment, development, evaluation, and operating processes. The role combines internal leadership with senior-level client engagement, including technical discussions with CxOs and enterprise IT teams, review of technical proposals, and oversight of delivery quality.
