Our client - a consulting company is looking for a Senior Accounting Service Manager in their Ho Chi Minh office
Lead and oversee accounting and tax service delivery for key clients, ensuring service quality, compliance, and timely reporting.
Manage complex accounting and tax matters and provide technical guidance to the team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing service contracts, resources, and departmental performance.
Lead and participate in advisory projects such as Due Diligence, Internal Audit, and Post-Merger Integration.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Accounting Services team, including performance management and succession planning.
Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and risk management practices.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors on business planning, operational improvements, and strategic development of accounting service offerings.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and lead technical training initiatives across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in accounting outsourcing services;
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting, tax, and corporate regulations.
Proven leadership, people management, and client management capabilities.
Good command of English
CPA Certificate is a must
