Lead the Service Sales & Marketing team to accelerate profitable service growth, strengthen customer lifecycle engagement, and expand recurring revenue. This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, customer relationship management, and digital marketing execution, working closely with Sales, Service, and other functions to ensure customers receive consistent value throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Service Sales & Marketing team, setting clear priorities, accountability, and a strong performance culture
Develop and execute service sales and marketing plans supporting revenue, profitability, contract growth, and customer retention targets
Grow service attachment at the point of equipment sale by partnering with product sales teams and embedding service value into customer proposals
Increase service contract renewal and coverage across the installed base through structured campaigns, pipeline management, and proactive customer engagement
Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, identify gaps early, and turn insights into practical corrective actions
Build trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understand their business needs, and translate them into relevant service solutions
Coordinate across Sales, Service Operations, Marketing, Finance, and regional stakeholders for smooth execution and consistent customer experience
Guide the creation of high-quality digital content — SEO articles, campaigns, videos, customer success stories
Track market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools to identify growth opportunities
Provide forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, services, or industrial solutions, including substantial team leadership/supervisory responsibility
Proven ability to build commercial plans, manage a pipeline, interpret performance data, and convert insights into measurable actions
Strong customer orientation and consultative selling skills, confident engaging both technical and business stakeholders
Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese, with strong presentation and influencing skills
Hands-on leadership style — able to coach, motivate, set expectations, and manage performance constructively
Experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, Automation, or related industrial markets preferred
Knowledge of quality/compliance standards (ISO 9001, GMP, ISO/IEC 17025) is a plus
Experience with CRM systems, digital campaigns, content marketing, or marketing automation is a plus
