As Retail HR Business Partner, you will support the people strategy for existing and new retail stores. You will lead recruitment activities, including market research, agency network development, recruitment budget management, and hiring for store teams.
The role will also contribute to organizational development by shaping organizational structures, career paths, roles and responsibilities, and compensation programs. You will develop training strategies for store employees and coordinate with external training providers. Through regular store visits and employee interviews, you will identify workplace needs, provide practical support, and strengthen communication between retail operations and HR.
This position requires close cross-functional partnership, sound judgment, and the ability to turn business needs into effective people solutions. It is well suited to an HR professional who enjoys working hands-on in a changing retail environment and contributing to new initiatives and business growth.
5+ years of HR recruitment experience in food and beverage, retail, or comparable service environments, ideally including cafés, dessert shops, or bakeries.
Experience recruiting for both existing locations and new store openings.
Experience conducting recruitment market research, developing agency networks, and managing recruitment budgets.
Experience in organizational development, including organizational structure, career paths, roles and responsibilities, and compensation design.
Experience developing training strategies for store employees and coordinating with external training providers.
Experience conducting employee interviews and providing workplace support to retail teams.
Experience developing evaluation or performance management systems.
Business-level English conversation skills.
Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work effectively in changing environments.
