About the Role
We are working with a well-known client on a power project in Abu Dhabi. This is a site-based, hands-on role covering piping construction works through to handover, working alongside Electrical, Mechanical, and BOP supervisors as part of a wider site team.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervising piping construction works on site, from fabrication and installation through to testing and handover
Managing and directing contractors and sub-contractors, holding them to programme and quality standards
Reading and working from P&IDs and isometrics, resolving field issues as they arise
Coordinating with the wider supervisory team across Electrical, Mechanical, and BOP disciplines
Driving works through to completion against a tight project schedule
What We're Looking For
8-10 years' experience as a Piping Supervisor, with genuine hands-on field and construction experience, not design or commissioning only
Background in Power, Oil & Gas, or Refinery projects
Proven experience managing contractors and sub-contractors directly on site
Confident operating in client-facing situations, not purely execution-focused

6-8 months, extendable to 14 months
