The employer is an international marketing and communications organisation that helps clients address complex business challenges through integrated branding and marketing solutions. Its work combines CRM, data, artificial intelligence, digital marketing and systems development, rather than relying solely on traditional advertising.
The culture encourages proactive problem-solving, collaboration and ownership. Employees work with both local and global teams and engage with clients across sectors including luxury fashion, pharmaceuticals and major manufacturing. The organisation offers an attractive environment for professionals who enjoy combining commercial thinking, consulting and project delivery to create measurable client value.
As an Account Supervisor, you will understand clients’ business challenges and design, propose and deliver solutions that combine CRM, data, AI and systems development. The role also involves facilitating meetings, maintaining clear communication, ensuring quality across deliverables, and escalating and resolving risks or issues appropriately. Client assignments are expected to include international luxury fashion brands, pharmaceutical companies and major Japanese manufacturers, although this may change with future organisational requirements.
