This is a prime vendor-facing Project Manager / Technical Architect role centred on Salesforce solutions. You will work with client stakeholders to identify business challenges, shape improvement proposals and define the overall system architecture and delivery approach.
You will lead Salesforce implementations using agile methods, coordinating small local teams as well as larger hybrid global teams of 30+ people. The role also involves technical architecture responsibilities across a range of Salesforce products, supporting the design and delivery of core business systems. In addition, you will help drive user adoption and ensure solutions are aligned to business needs from concept through to post-go-live support.
This role offers the opportunity to build experience in large-scale, international Salesforce programmes and to develop towards future leadership paths in project management, consulting, technical architecture.
2+ years’ Salesforce development experience
Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader
