As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from initial workforce planning through offer acceptance and onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define effective search strategies, and identify qualified candidates for a range of positions. Your responsibilities will include developing job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. You will also help strengthen the company’s employer brand, improve recruiting processes, and build a sustainable talent pipeline. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiting professional who can combine strong relationship-building skills with organized, results-oriented execution.
Experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer-management skills.
Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and standard office technology.
