As Project Manager, you will lead national and international manufacturing execution system software projects for pharmaceutical customers. You will be responsible for planning and managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery milestones, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for Japanese customers, coordinate internal and partner project teams, and provide technical and organizational guidance throughout the software project life cycle. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, status and steering meetings, project reporting, and maintaining project documentation.
You will also support sales activities by presenting potential project plans to clients, contribute to the improvement of internal project management processes, and mentor junior colleagues.
