As Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Coverage, you will lead the firm’s coverage strategy for financial institution clients in Japan. Based in Tokyo, you will be responsible for developing senior client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and coordinating the delivery of the firm’s products and expertise.
You will manage a broad portfolio of relationships across the financial institutions sector, engaging with senior executives and decision-makers to understand their strategic priorities and provide tailored solutions. The role will involve originating and executing business opportunities, partnering closely with product specialists and regional teams, and ensuring a consistently high standard of client service.
You will also provide leadership to the FIG coverage platform, helping to define priorities, strengthen market presence and support sustainable revenue growth. Success will require sound judgement, strong external credibility and the ability to operate effectively across an international organisation.
