As Partnerships & Product Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping the content of each monthly subscription box. Working within the Sales team and alongside the Country Manager, you will identify promising beauty and lifestyle brands, develop partnership opportunities and source products that excite subscribers.
You will manage collaborations from the initial approach through to campaign delivery. This will include researching brands and market trends, identifying the right contacts, tailoring partnership proposals, negotiating agreements and coordinating timelines, meetings and deliverables. You will work closely with Marketing, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth execution and strong partner relationships.
You will also track campaign performance and subscriber engagement, sharing insights that improve future collaborations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines commercial confidence with creativity, organisation and a genuine interest in beauty, lifestyle and consumer trends.
