As PR & Corporate Communications Lead, you will shape and deliver integrated communications across external, corporate and internal channels, reporting to the COO. You will be responsible for building media relationships, raising visibility in Bitcoin, technology and financial circles, and ensuring the company’s story is consistent, compelling and aligned with its mission and values.
You will lead executive communications, support shareholder and investor messaging, and partner closely with IR, legal, product and marketing to ensure accuracy and alignment. You will also play a key role in crisis communications, helping to prepare holding statements, response frameworks and escalation procedures. In addition, you will drive internal communications initiatives such as leadership updates, all-hands support and employee announcements to improve transparency, alignment and engagement.
5+ years’ experience in PR, corporate communications or journalism
Experience in a publicly listed company in Japan
Native-level Japanese and fluent English, written and spoken
Proven media relations and national/global coverage track record
Strong crisis, executive and sensitive communications experience
Detail-oriented, discreet and highly organised
