This role sits within the Client Reporting team and is responsible for preparing, delivering, and retaining client reports tied to the firm’s financial instruments business and related operations. The position covers periodic and ad hoc reporting for FIEA accounts, pension funds, sub-advisory mandates, and proprietary investment trusts, along with the data preparation needed to support these deliverables.
You will gather required data, coordinate with overseas offices, and manage information flow to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The role also includes preparing regulatory compliance reports, including Basel-related reporting and risk asset reports, handling client inquiries, and producing fixed income fund reports using BlackRock Aladdin. It is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and clients.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; cooperative and willing to provide backup support
Self-starter with solid ownership and follow-through
Knowledge of markets and investment strategies, especially fixed income, credit, equities, and derivatives
Strong PC skills, including Excel and VBA
Approximately 3+ years of relevant asset management experience preferred
Intermediate or higher English, especially reading and writing
BlackRock Aladdin, T-Star GX/GX-BIS/T-Star TX, Bloomberg, or My State Street experience preferred
