As Bilingual Senior BI Developer & Tech Lead, you will lead the delivery of cross-functional business intelligence initiatives, taking responsibility for scope, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. You will design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics and ADLS Gen2, and develop robust transformations and automation with Python and SQL.
You will also shape Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards, applying consistent standards for data modelling, DAX, security, deployment and user experience. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will turn requirements into technical roadmaps and help ensure analytics supports measurable business outcomes. Alongside delivery, you will establish development, testing and validation practices, and support the performance, security and compliance of the BI platform. The role works across teams and stakeholders in Japan, the United States and Europe.
