A pioneer in the real estate industry is offering an opportunity to join a senior finance function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the CFO. The role provides exposure to IFRS reporting, FP&A, executive decision-making, and engagement with the Board, Audit Committee, and external auditors.
The Statutory Reporting Senior Manager will lead FP&A and statutory reporting, ensuring the timely preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements and high-quality management information.
Key responsibilities include managing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting; preparing reports for the Board, Audit Committee, CFO, and executive management; and partnering with senior stakeholders and external auditors. The role will also drive improvements in reporting processes, internal controls, and financial analysis.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while providing strong technical guidance and executive-level insight. Experience in real estate, construction, industrial, listed-company, or large corporate environments will be particularly valuable.
10–15 years of relevant finance experience.
Mandatory IFRS expertise and CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA qualification.
Mandatory Big Four audit experience.
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background.
Leadership, communication, energy, and executive presence.
Real estate, construction, industrial, listed-company, or large corporate experience preferred.
