A client-facing senior architect who represents SWO in client discussions. This person must go beyond product knowledge: they should advise on security best practices, design end-to-end solutions, and explain trade-offs between implementation approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Represent SWO in client workshops, design sessions and executive discussions
Architect and design security solutions across the Microsoft and third-party security stack
Present multiple implementation options with clear pros/cons and trade-offs
Explain integration patterns between Microsoft security solutions and other security products (Proofpoint, CyberArk, ManageEngine, etc.)
Produce architecture documents, HLD/LLD, and solution recommendations
Provide technical guidance to consultants and engineers during implementation
Must-have Skills (hands-on)
Proofpoint (email security / DLP)
CyberArk (PAM)
ManageEngine (IT/endpoint management, AD tools)
Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR: data connectors, analytics rules, playbooks)
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft security stack: Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps), Intune, Entra ID
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection)
Zero Trust architecture design
Experience with regulated industries (banking, insurance, government)
Certifications: SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, CISSP, CyberArk / Proofpoint certifications
