Join a leading international hotel group committed to delivering memorable guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of properties worldwide. The organisation values genuine hospitality, professional service, collaboration and continuous development, creating an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers in the industry.
You will become part of a multicultural team that encourages learning, proactive communication and high standards. The role offers the opportunity to work within a globally recognised hospitality environment, benefit from structured training and access employee hotel accommodation privileges in Japan and overseas. With close collaboration across reservations, rooms and front office teams, you will play an important part in supporting both guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
As a Reservation Agent or Supervisor, you will manage accommodation reservation data, oversee online travel agency channels and respond to guest enquiries by telephone and email. You will monitor new, cancelled and amended bookings, ensuring that guest information, requests and pricing details are accurate and up to date.
Working closely with the Rooms Division and Front Office teams, you will support sales management, develop upselling opportunities and contribute to maximising room sales and revenue. At supervisory level, you will help train colleagues in hotel products, service standards and operational requirements, while supporting directors and managers with budgeting and forecasting activities.
You will also keep informed about market trends and promote the hotel proactively in line with company policies and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and guest-focused approach.

Strong attention to detail when managing bookings, guest information, requests and pricing data.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Reservations, Rooms Division and Front Office colleagues.

Ability to support or deliver training on hotel products, service standards and operational requirements.
For Supervisor level: experience guiding colleagues and supporting budgeting, forecasting or wider hotel operations.
Applications from candidates without previous experience are welcome; successful applicants without experience will begin at Agent level.
