Technical Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of Java Developers (Junior-Senior) (4-8 members).

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security standards, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide technical guidance to support teams.

Core Banking & Banking Systems:

- Develop and maintain banking applications integrated with Temenos T24.

- Develop APIs, middleware, and integration solutions between T24 and external systems.

- Support T24 customization, enhancement, and deployment activities.

- Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, vendors, and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of software development experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Java (Java 8/11/17+)

• Spring Boot

• RESTful APIs

• Microservices Architecture

• Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ

• SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server)

• Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD

• Experience working with Temenos T24 (Transact).

Knowledge of:

• T24 Interfaces

• OFS (Open Financial Services)

• TAFJ / TAFC

• ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)

• Version upgrades and customization

• Experience with middleware/integration platforms.

• Understanding of cloud technologies is a plus (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
