As Head of Marketing & Clinical Affairs, you will lead the integration of commercial marketing and clinical strategy for the Japan business. Based in Tokyo, you will shape market plans, strengthen product positioning and ensure that customer engagement is supported by robust clinical understanding and evidence.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, translating global priorities into effective local programmes, and identifying opportunities for growth across relevant customer and treatment segments. You will also oversee clinical affairs activities, working with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to support education, evidence generation and confident adoption of the company’s technologies.
The role will require close collaboration with sales, regional leadership and global teams, as well as the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. It is suited to a commercially minded leader who can connect clinical credibility with compelling market development.
