Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or a related field. Experience in the cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations (EU/UK), safety standards, and GMP is essential. Knowledge of ISO9001 and other quality management systems is required.

Advantageous: Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Experience with PPWR, EUDR, RSPO, and CPNP/SCNP portals is a significant plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel to factories for on-site audits (less than 10%).
Personal Attributes: Honest, humble, proactive, and detail-minded. Positive, cheerful, and eager to learn. A strong team player with a well-organized working behavior.
